PRESS RELEASE: Barloworld exits US market – Briggs Equipment and LiftOne to sell Hyster Lift Trucks

Barloworld will exit the United States lift truck market and the Hyster brand of lift trucks will be distributed as of March 31, 2012 by Briggs Equipment Inc and by LiftOne, a division of Carolina Tractor and Equipment Company. Briggs will distribute materials handling equipment for Hyster in Texas, and parts of Alabama, Georgia, Mississipi and Louisiana. LiftOne will distribute Hyster in portions of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia and Tennessee.
