Five Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) employees recently presented a lecture on understanding, managing and resolving conflict to more than 250 students at Harmony Science Academy in Katy, Texas. The presenters, including Tom Clinton, MCFA director of marketing, taught the students the importance of understanding and practicing conflict management skills in school and in their future careers by demonstrating real-life scenarios.
