Start of Shift Daily Checklist Inspection
Q: You just performed a forklift daily checklist inspection and found a problem, what should you do? (Click on the best answer)
- Tell the next operator to get on the lift.
- Leave a note on your supervisor’s desk. Use the forklift truck until s/he tells you what action to take.
- Report the problem to your supervisor and then do not use the lift truck.
- Quickly find another lift to use and tell let next operator to handle the problem.
